Company to Develop
Full Spectrum Solar Cells
RoseStreet Labs, LLC recently announced a joint venture with Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. to develop and manufacture the next generation of solar cells based on the technology developed by Wladek Walukiewicz and Kin Man Yu at Berkeley Lab. The joint venture will be operated under the name of RSL Energy, Inc. SHARES Campaign
Ends This Friday
There's still time to make a donation to the SHARES charitable giving campaign, which ends Friday. SHARES contributions assist non-profit health and service agencies and support the Lab's commitment to the community. Employees can donate online or fill out a donation form, available in the lobbies of the cafeteria and Buildings 84, 90, and 937. Go here to learn more, or e-mail [email protected].
Limited Parking Due
To Benefits Vendor Fair To accommodate the Open Enrollment vendor fair taking place in the cafeteria tomorrow (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), parking spaces in the adjacent parking lot will be limited. Staff are encouraged to use other lots or the Lab shuttle bus service.
