A New Emergency
Response Guide
An
updated version of the red/white Emergency Response
Guide is now available. Designed to hang on a
wall, the guides give employees directions about
response during fires, earthquakes, spills, injuries
or threats. The new guide (9/2003) should replace
those dated 4/28/99. Those needing copies of the
guide can send an e-mail to Nikki
De Jager that includes a name, mailstop,
and number of copies needed. For more information,
contact Valerie Quigley at x7032.
Update Name and
Address Info Soon
Employees
who have moved or changed their name during the
last year, and have not sent this information
to the Lab’s Human Resources office, should
do so before Jan. 16 to ensure receipt of 2003
W2 forms. To make this change, visit the Employee
Self Service website. Employees with an international
address or without access to the Internet should
contact their HR
Center for assistance.
