Several years ago, Berkeley Lab upgraded
its property database, which included a web interface to allow employees
to obtain a report of the property assets assigned to them. Access
the property database here
and follow the directions below:
- On page one, leave all fields blank until the seventh field
down, titled CUSTODIAN. Then either enter your
employee number in the first field labeled “identifier”
or type in your last name in the next box.
- Scroll down the page to “Include Which of the
Following?” and select the two display options
by clicking the boxes:
Asset Details (Steward, Custodian, User and Location)
Inventory Asset User Fields
- At the bottom of the page, click on the box “Submit:”
The page that appears is “ASMN6030 Inventory Assets (Global
Information)”
- Select HTML and click on Execute
The report “INVENTORY ASSETS (GLOBAL INFORMATION)”
will appear and has the information about the property assigned
to you.
Verify that the property is in the location listed. If you need
to change the location or custodian of an asset, send an e-mail
to your Property Representative. The list of representatives is
here.
If any items cannot be found, call Property Management at 5151 or
send an e-mail to Gavin Robillard. |
